As Lead Recruiting Associate with the Executive Search Group & Strategic Resourcing, Stacy Smith elevates and enriches the candidate’s experience as they move through the hiring process. She partners with Search Consultants on high level searches at the University and its associated organizations.
Prior to joining the Executive Search Group in February 2016, she served as an Human Resource Associate within the School of Medicine at the University, where she completed the hiring process for temporary, staff, and nurse practitioner employees. While there, she was an active member of the local Charlottesville SHRM chapter.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working with youth at church, and traveling.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Virginia.
