Associate, Organizational Excellence
Reid joins the Office of Organizational excellence as an Associate. He spent the past four years as a career advisor at the Darden School of Business where he worked with and taught MBA students on all aspects of the job search. Prior to that, he worked in financial services for six years at BB&T and a financial technology startup, specializing in lending, bank management, and internal strategy work related to multicultural marketing. He began his career in Mexico managing a manufacturing facility.
Reid received his MBA from the Darden School of Business and holds a BA in Spanish from Washington and Lee University. He and his wife Jacki live in Charlottesville with their two children.
