Peter joined the Executive Search Group in November 2017 as a Recruiting Associate. In this role, he worked steadfastly with search consultants to identify and recruit exemplary candidates to the University. He continues to support the team as the Business Operations Manager.
Peter joined the group after seven years at UVA Athletics as the Director of Operations for the UVA Men’s Lacrosse team, where he helped support the team towards an NCAA championship in 2011 and several other NCAA and ACC tournament appearances. This experience gives him a unique, logistics-based approach to recruiting. Used to balancing many tasks and stakeholders, he helps candidates feel valued and welcome at the University he has been proud to call home for over a decade.
Peter graduated from the University of Virginia and he is thrilled to continue working closely with his alma mater and the Charlottesville community.
