As a Recruiting Associate, Erica Watson brings six years of high-level administrative and operations experience to support the Executive Search Group’s comprehensive search process. A dynamic and mission-focused professional, Erica provides meticulous support to search consultants and university partners. Her past role supporting multiple senior executives and managing day-to-day office operations – as well as efforts spearheading various HR functions and managing intricate logistics for internal and external events – allow Erica to partner effectively in efforts to recruit top talent to UVA. Prior to her Executive Assistant role in the investment management industry, Erica worked as a Staffing Coordinator and Food Service Manager for Aramark.
A native of Charlottesville, she is excited to bring her knowledge of the area and strong relationship-building skills to the role. In her free time, Erica enjoys traveling and exploring new food scenes, staying active, and spending time with her friends and family. She holds a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Virginia Tech.
