Johann Reinicke will join the Arts & Sciences (A&S) Dean’s office team as the Director of Data Analytics & IT Support. Johann is a local to Charlottesville, having grown up in Batesville, and has served the University in multiple capacities over the past 15 years. He started his career in IT support, worked as a Finance Lead for Student Financial Services, was a Scrum Master and Team Lead for the Managerial Reporting Project, and most recently served as Manager, People Analytics & UVA HR Deputy Data Steward. During his tenure, Johann has led teams through multiple successful enterprise projects, earned a Master's of Science Degree in the Management of Information Technology from the Commerce School, and graduated from the University's Cornerstone Program.
