Ceray is a certified Project Management Professional, who has worked in higher education for 19 years. She initially ran federally funded programs at Cleveland State University and Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, respectively, before transitioning to IT Project Management in 2007. For the last 13 years, Ceray has worked as a Project Manager at Emory, leading Enterprise IT projects for the university and healthcare, including: ServiceNow upgrades, collaboration tool implementations, and software enhancements.
Ceray is a Cleveland, Ohio native, and she is a Case Western Reserve University graduate, earning her MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management in 2019.
Ceray and her husband, Mike Williams, have two sons, Nick (23) – Georgia Tech ’19 and Chris (19). They are new to Virginia and looking forward to exploring the nearby national parks and hiking the trails.
