Stephen Farmer

The University of Virginia announced that Stephen Farmer has been named UVA's first vice provost for enrollment.

Farmer is currently vice provost for enrollment and undergraduate admissions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to his time at UNC, Farmer served as the senior assistant dean of admission at the University of Virginia. He is also an alumnus, having earned a master's degree in English from the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.

Jennifer Myers

UVA’s School of Continuing & Professional Studies (SCPS) announced that Jennifer Myers has been named the Executive Director for Enrollment Management and Student Success.

Myers brings a background in marketing, lead generation and user experience to the role. She most recently served as the director of corporate relations for SCPS. Prior to that role, she was the executive director for a Northern Virginia-based nonprofit foundation, where she continues to serve on the board of directors as vice chair and treasurer.

Tammy McHale

The Dean’s Office has announced the appointment of Tammy McHale of Marywood University to the position of senior associate dean. 

McHale brings extensive experience in higher education to the College. She leaves a position as vice president of business affairs and treasurer at Marywood, a private liberal arts university in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and she has served as senior associate dean for finance and planning for UNC-Chapel Hill’s College of Arts & Sciences and as associate provost for Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.

Star Dubrow

Star is an internal audit leader with over 20 years of broad-based internal audit experience in healthcare and public sector organizations. Prior to joining UVA, she served for 12 years as a Senior Manager at Crowe Healthcare Risk Consulting leading the internal audit programs at several healthcare systems. She brings extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams performing a broad range of audits including program performance, fiscal management, compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital operations, internal controls, and information management.

Toni Irving

Toni Irving is coming to Darden as a Professor of Practice. She will bring her broad experience in academia, social impact and government. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of Get IN Chicago where she launched and led a $45 million social impact fund. She has also served as the Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to Govern Pat Quinn of Illinois. Prior to this, she was an assistant professor in the Department of English at the University of Notre Dame. Toni is a UVA graduate where she earned her BA in English, Modern Studies Honors Program.

Nicole T. Jenkins

The University of Virginia announced that Nicole Thorne Jenkins has been named the next dean of the McIntire School of Commerce, effective July 1.

Jenkins is currently vice dean of the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky, where she is also the Von Allmen Chaired Professor of Accountancy. She was previously on the faculty at Vanderbilt University and Washington University in St. Louis.

Erik Williams

A higher education advancement professional with over 15 years of experience, Erik Williams joins the School of Nursing at the University of Virginia having most recently served as the Director of Development for the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) securing private support as a part of their $50 million major gifts campaign.

Ceray Doss-Williams

Ceray is a certified Project Management Professional, who has worked in higher education for 19 years. She initially ran federally funded programs at Cleveland State University and Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, respectively, before transitioning to IT Project Management in 2007. For the last 13 years, Ceray has worked as a Project Manager at Emory, leading Enterprise IT projects for the university and healthcare, including: ServiceNow upgrades, collaboration tool implementations, and software enhancements.

Wendell Collins

The Office of Advancement has named Wendell Collins as the first Director of Development for the new School of Data Science. Collins will report to Katie Reid Shevlin, Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, and will work in close partnership with Data Science Dean Philip Bourne and Associate Director Arlyn Burgess.
